We want your feet to be as happy as you are in your new shoes, so we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that a small restocking fee applies to refunds, while exchanges and store credit are always free.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your unworn shoes in their original Charlotte Stone box to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your request within 5-7 business days.
